Winter Wonderland
Veenendaal was erg mooi vanmorgen. We zijn dan ook gaan wandelen en foto's gaan maken. Toch mooi dat we dit nog mee mogen maken, voordat we naar Australië vertrekken.
Veenendaal was beautiful this morning. So we walked and took photo's. It's great that we had this weather before we go to Australia.

Bruce Sprinsteen & The E-Street Band
Gisteren, dan eindelijk na ruim 10 jaar wachten, naar het concert van Bruce Springsteen & the E-Street Band geweest. Elke keer als The Boss naar Nederland kwam zat ik in het buitenland. En mijn wens was om hem te zien Met de E-Street Band. Nu was het dan eindelijk zover. Vrijdag zat ik er al helemaal klaar voor, maar ging het optreden niet door, omdat Bruce flink verkouden was. Maar gelukkig was het maar 1 dag uitstel en mochten we dan gisteravond richting Arnhem. Om 20.15 begon hij dan. Op dat moment kwam er een smile op m’n gezicht en die is pas weg gegaan toen ik in slaap viel. Van het begin tot het eind heb ik genoten. Het was het lange wachten waard. In juni komt hij weer naar Nederland, maar dan zullen we er helaas niet bij zijn. Of hij moet ook naar Melbourne komen rond die tijd.
Yesterday, after 10 years of waiting, I have been to the concert with Bruce Springsteen & The E-Street Band. Every time when The Boss came to The Netherlands I was abroad. And my wish was to see him WITH the E-Street Band. Now finally it was going to happen. Friday I was so ready for it, but the concert was cancelled, because Bruce had a cold. But lucky enough it was only an 1 day delay and we were going to Arnhem yesterday. He started at 20.15. At that moment I did get a smile on my face and it left my face at the time I was falling asleep. From start to finish I enjoyed the performance. It was worth the long waiting. He comes back to The Netherlands in June, but unfortunate enough we are not going to be there. Or he must come to Melbourne around that time.
